1. Operator and contact

Brand My Tesla is a personal project by @conradusclemens, operated from Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

2. The service

An approved bidder receives an online brand listing. The highest eligible approved bid for each panel also receives a magnetic logo placement on the operator’s Tesla Model 3, subject to the founding-sponsor protection below. Printing and fitting are included in the full bid amount. Published panel dimensions are estimates and will be checked on the physical car before production. Routes, mileage, parking locations, audience size, impressions and commercial results are not guaranteed.

Launch showcase placements are separate from paid bids. They do not count as paid sponsorships or use founding places. Each panel's current minimum is shown before checkout. Interactive logo previews are mockups, not proof of physical installation.

3. Bids and payment

A bid is the full advertising amount, not merely an increment. The minimum next bid shown on the website applies when the bid is submitted. Payment is handled by Mollie.

A submitted bid becomes eligible for review only after successful payment. Simultaneous payments do not guarantee acceptance: if a higher valid bid has already taken priority, the later-ineligible payment will be rejected and returned.

4. Approval and finality

All brands, logos, links and taglines require approval. Illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful, adult, unsafe or otherwise unsuitable material may be rejected. A rejected placement is returned in full. Once approved, the bid is final and non-refundable. Being outbid after any applicable protection has ended does not create a refund: the approved brand remains listed online while the new leader receives the car panel.

5. Bidding, production and founding protection

Production of the first leading advertisements begins on 1 October. Bidding remains open on unprotected panels after that date. A newly approved leading sticker is normally produced and fitted within approximately 24 hours once production is underway.

The founding offer is currently paused for new bids. The following founding protection continues to apply to bids that already requested or received it; new standard bids do not include this guarantee.

The first three approved paid sponsor placements requesting the founding offer receive 30 days of protection from replacement by a higher bid, starting when their logo is physically fitted. Their panels are also protected between approval and fitting; that waiting time does not reduce the 30 days. Protection ends 30 days after the recorded installation time, after which higher bids can be accepted again. The existing logo remains until replaced.

A founding place is assigned at approval. Showcase placements do not qualify or use these places. If a payment requested the founding offer but no founding place is available at approval, the placement is rejected and refunded in full; it will not be approved without the promised protection. Bids for an already protected panel are not accepted.

Placements without founding protection may be outbid during production. Brand My Tesla may correct clear technical errors, fraudulent bids or payment failures.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your logo and other content. You grant Brand My Tesla a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to resize, reproduce and display it on the vehicle, this website and reasonable promotional material for the service. You confirm that you have all rights needed for that use and that the submitted website is safe and lawful.

7. Availability and changes

Reasonable care will be used to keep the vehicle and website available, but uninterrupted display is not promised. Display may be interrupted for maintenance, repairs, safety, legal requirements, force majeure or circumstances outside reasonable control. Material changes that affect an active placement will be handled reasonably and communicated where practicable.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brand My Tesla is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or expected advertising results. Total liability connected with a placement is limited to the amount paid for that placement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Please contact the operator first so a complaint can be resolved informally. If that fails, disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory law that applies.
